We found Kristen Eck on Google and based on the reviews, we decided to use her and her team without shopping anywhere else. Our experience was good. They were very responsive day or night. We have stellar credit and a very large down payment. We expected a very low interest rate with our credentials and never inquired what that rate would be till the end of the process which was a mistake on our part. We wound up with a fair rate but feel we should have checked with our credit union first which would have been quite lower but long process. I would recommend Kristen and her team to people that have subpar to good credit. Great credit customers really need to shop early to catch the best rates such as their bank or credit union . Overall, it was a smooth process and her team was very efficient
